LGU- Pampanga employees enjoy low-cost housing
Soon a low-cost housing project for qualified employees of the Provincial Government of Pampanga (PGP) will be developed and implemented following the approval of NHA Board Resolution No. 5316 dated March 29, 2011.
This is in connection with PGP Governor Lilia G. Pineda's request from the Office of the Vice President and Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) Chairman Jejomar C. Binay thru the National Housing Authority General Manager Atty. Chito M. Cruz to allow the PGP to utilize the 23.0179 hectare property covered by TCT No. 195169, located at Brgy. San Pedro Cutud, City of San Fernando, Pampanga for residential purposes of its employees instead of a sports complex as previously agreed.
An estimated 1,500 families will benefit from this project and construction will take two years.
