NHA Units up for Sale

Unawarded / vacant units in some existing NHA medium-rise housing projects are now up for sale as approved by NHA General Manager Atty. Chito M. Cruz per Memorandum Circular No. 2313 dated 24 January 2011.

Likewise, illegally occupied units and units awarded / disposed under a Lease Contract whether active or expired which have not been converted to Conditional Contract to Sell (CCS) under the Restructuring and Condonation Program pursuant to RA 9507 are for sale too.

Units for sale in these medium-rise housing projects include North Sector (Bagong Pangarap: 1, 2, 3, 4 and North Haven Condominium); West Sector (Mandaluyong Site 1 and 2, and Dagupan Phase 1); East Sector (TBC II and Karangalan Phase 1A and 1B) and South Sector (PRTC Phase 1 and Muntinlupa Phase 1).
